The Hsu Lab’s vision is to maximize the utility of multimodal data to detect and treat diseases earlier.

We harness cutting-edge computational techniques to integrate and transform multimodal data into actionable knowledge.

While many of our projects center around cancer screening, we are broadly interested in clinical decisions with high diagnostic uncertainty and benefit from the integration of multiple data modalities.
